I've listed July 4th events for more than a dozen cities and towns on the Colorado Front Range. Most include fireworks, some have parades, a few have both.
There are four distinctive events (all in Denver), including:
+ Meet Thomas Jefferson & Abraham Lincoln, hear a reading of the Declaration of Independence.
+ See a formal military presentation including a flyover and cannon salute.
+ Participate in a kiddie parade and then meet mounted police & firemen.
+ Watch fireworks while sitting on the outfield after a baseball game.
