Our skilled artisans have been making award winning ice cream & gelato at our first Boulder, Colorado store since the turn of the century.  Our goal is to make the best ice cream and gelato in America. Only the finest and freshest ingredients are used.  We hand mix each batch to ensure that every scoop is loaded with your favorite ingredients. Unique flavors are our specialty. We have made over 800 flavors and usually do a new flavor every 2 weeks.  We even produce our own hot fudge and the soft chocolate that is mixed in our melt flavors. Our citrus flavors are made from fresh, hand-squeezed lemons and limes. There is something for everyone at Glacier.
