Not all material is original to GreatIdeasForKids.com

1. Character images belong to their respective owners. For instance, the Little Einsteins belong to Disney; and the Backyardigans belong to Viacom. Use of characters is mostly limited to the promotion of products related to the character. There is no intent to misrepresent a copyrighted character.

2. Product images are taken from the web site of the affiliated store and/or the manufacturer of the product.

3. Logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Most event descriptions are taken from the website for that event (usually matching the corresponding URL). Same with venues, stores, etc.

The aforementioned content is owned by its creators, the copyrights belong to them!

All contestants who have submitted videos have claimed to be the owner of the source material. The contestants grant permission to GreatIdeasForKids.com to publish the video and use it as GreatIdeasForKids.com sees fit (mostly for promotion and marketing purposes). The video is the copyright of its owner. GreatIdeasForKids.com assumes no responsibility for a fraudelant ownership statement by a contestant in a video contest. If a mistake has been made, GreatIdeasForKids.com will investigate the competing claim and remove the video if it does not belong to the contestant.

Finally, some banner ads (usually for non-profits) have been posted to aid in the promotion of their cause, without the permission of the organization. If an organization does not want the publicity, they can have their ad removed by contacting GreatIdeasForKids.com
