Once you turn onto Teller St you will see Old Possum Books on the left side.

The store is downstairs, park near Dick's Sports and the waterfall. Else park near Eddie Bauer and take the elevator downstairs. The kids enjoy sitting on the fancy kid-sized furniture. FYI, the little girls are often dressed up.

Preschool Storytime

Extend your visit to the Gardens with a trip down storybook lane. Each Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer, we will be reading garden and plant-related stories in the Children’s Secret Path. Drop in to listen to a story or two – and maybe pick a plant or two to eat. Story Time is included in the Gardens’ general admission fee. Meet near the mural in the Children’s Secret Path. In the case of inclement weather, Story Time will be held in the Helen Fowler Library. Sat. and Sun., end of May - mid Sept, 10-11 a.m. (2008 info)
