ARVADA, CO My Gym: Children's Fitness Center has created a great program and facility devised to help children six weeks to thirteen years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. It is not the same as a tyke-only facility because the area is designed to be flexible for babies thru 13 year olds.
Class offerings include:
Parent-child classes from 6 weeks to 3.25 years
Independent fitness and fun classes from 3.25 - 13 years
Open Play (lunch time Tuesday / Friday, and Thursday afternoon)
Birthday parties
Family Yoga on Tuesday evenings
